Coach Sameera Baba – MCC – ICF

Sameera is an ambitious entrepreneur who has developed her career in training, especially in projects aiming to empower and develop leaders across all levels. In the last seven years, she has managed major projects on national and regional levels, with a targeted number of beneficiaries exceeding 9000 trainees and 1000 training days in total.

She acted as a key accounts executive at Legend PAPI during her earlier career stages. “From March 1999 until her last official position as an employee at the Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance, she was a Special Projects and Business Development Manager. Sameera has over 22 years of experience in Management, Training and Development, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, & Customer Service; today, she is the company’s owner and “Chief Initiatives Officer” (Mubadara for Business Consultancy). She provides consultation services and highly contextualized training workshops for many local and regional organizations in Arabic and English, developed to match her audiences’ cultural and environmental backgrounds.

In addition, she has experience facilitating Leadership and Management (ILM-UK) training, Sales and Marketing programs with the Institute of Sales Management (ISMM-UK), Coach Training Programs by the Association of Coaching-UK, and facilitated training programs that are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Field Experience

Sameera presents over 130 practical, highly energetic training workshops and programs each year in many domains, targeting over 2000 participants yearly.

Recognized locally as one of the aspiring thinkers in training and development, coaching, marketing, and sales. She has been featured regionally in multiple programs to empower youth, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and other field executives & professionals.

She created and applied the concept of (Play Think Learn) strategy in facilitating her training, where trainees are required to perform 80% of the concepts learned during the sessions via highly interactive activities and role plays and then reflect on their learnings, such model enables trainees to better learn and have an in-depth underrating of the learning outcomes.

She also creates the (i_reflect) product line, which includes facilitation and coaching tools and reflective journals.

For her contribution to the training field, Sameera was named one of the top 100 women influencers in Bahrain in 2017-2018-2019 by Business in Gulf and The Start-Up magazines.
